Is something not working as you expect either here or on SongSelect? We've just released a new self help page that should be able to find problems and assist you. A manual checklist is listed below.

Problems can be caused by:

• Check to see if you have all of the plugins needed.
• Javascript not being turned on (in your browser).
• Cookies being disabled (in your browser).
• Another utility which has the same effect of both of those, such as an internet security program or a security toolbar installed on your browser. Play with the settings there to enable this site to store cookies and run Javascript.
